Reinsurance Client Advocate/Technician (XOL)

Our client, is a well-established, leading and Global Lloyd's Broker, who have a strong presence and reputation within the London Market. This prestigious Lloyd's Broker, with offices across the globe, are renowned for continuously delivering for their valued clients and partners, offering a broad range of innovative insurance and reinsurance solutions.

Due to the rapid expansion in business and continued successes, they are now actively seeking a talented individual within their Client Services Division focused on Property & Casualty XOL business.

This encompassing role involves Broker Support, Premium Processing, Excess of Loss and Light Claims duties, with plenty of client and market involvement. This is an incredibly exciting time to join the business and is ideal for an individual in with Excess of Loss experience within a Lloyd's Broker, Reinsurer or MGA, who's passionate about developing their career and pursuing a multi-skilled and disciplined role.

Role Duties

• Performing broker support and premium processing duties
• Assisting with the servicing of the client’s account and ensuring a high retention level
• Attending client and reinsurer meetings
• Identify client’s requirements and work alongside them to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Actively builds relationships with team, internal and external clients
• Working alongside and providing support to Brokers
• Prepare and maintain account statistics
• Negotiating claims throughout the whole process

About You

• 2-3 years + of experience in a Technical London Market position with exposure to XOL
• Experienced in performing premium processing / post placement duties
• Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to deal with clients and market in a timely and professional manner
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
