RELATIONSHIP MANAGER | OFFICE BASED | £25,000+ £12K OTE

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated

Relationship Manager

to deliver exceptional customer service, drive business growth, and identify new revenue opportunities.
Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm, earlier finish on a Friday!

Salary raising to £26k after probation- with the potential of £12k OTE from a company bonus scheme

Responsibilities:
Manage a variety of clients, providing support and guidance to achieve their business goals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the Head of Distribution, Team Manager, and Business Development team to develop and implement client engagement strategies.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:
2+ years' experience in telecommunications or energy sales with corporate clients
Proven track record in client management and retention
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong understanding of business principles and commercial awareness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits
