The Company:
Our client is a highly credible boutique Wealth Management company with an entrepreneurial philosophy.

This role is based in BERMUDA longer term, with the first 6 months training being in London.

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious young professional who will spend 6 months training in London before moving to Bermuda full time as a Relationship Manager working with an established book of HNW clients and continuing to build further relationships with warm prospects.

It is essential that this candidate has a good knowledge of Investments and exceptional client facing skills.

The Relationship Manager will drive new business generation, meet prospects and marketing activity in Bermuda. The role will be very sociable and an opportunity to really grow longer term with the Wealth Management business.

Working with 2 senior Business Partners, assist with all aspects of client relationships, including client on boarding, risk profiling, account administration and provide investment services.

The Relationship Manager will act as a trusted advisor to existing clients who frequently seek strategic advice regarding financial matters

It will be crucial for the Relationship Manager to establish a referral network and gain introductions to potential clients, which generate new AUM, and expected to build relationships with client families that cross generations to establish long-term connections to the Wealth Management firm

The Relationship Manager will maintain a comprehensive understanding of client goals and risk tolerance to ensure that financial strategies are appropriate

The Relationship Manager will follow KYC and source of wealth rules, exceed client expectations and treat customers fairly.

The Candidate:
5-6 Years experience in UHNW Private Banking or Wealth Management / Investment Management role with a excellent knowledge of Investments to be able to talk to clients about this.
Exceptional relationship building skills and communication skills – A sociable personality is essential for this role.

Strong desire to relocate to Bermuda.

Ability and willingness to want to attract clients on a Multi Family Office platform

Minimum Level 4 Investment Management Qualification

Able to work as part of a team and individually

Strong IT skills including Excel and Word
