Our Banking client is currently seeking for their Central London branch a well rounded Relationship Support Officer to support the Relationship Manager and Branch Manager on a permanent basis with a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 on offer. What does the role entail?

As the Relationship Support Officer you will support the Relationship Manager and the Branch Manager approving and advising on a variety of financial services such as mortgage, treasury execution, credit facilities, loans etc. As part of your role you will be preparing various types of proposals for credit facilities, following a structured process as assigned by RM/SRM to existing customers, maintaining the validity of accounts, monitoring receipt of payments, monitoring business volumes and controlling both pending and overdue documents and or payments as well as proposing the renewal of limits, maintain insurance policies stock reports etc. This will be a varied and interesting office based relationship role so please expect a host of other relevant duties to form the basis of this role.

What skills will you have?

The ideal candidate for this Relationship Support Officer role will be highly capable of carrying out the duties listed above and will ideally come from an International Banking background with a good understanding of corporate, commercial and SME banking, whilst being happy with assisting with proposals (renewals & credit proposals) as well analysing data and reports, relationship facilitation and overall great customer service.
