Release Train Engineer - up to £40k - New Role

Location: Homebased

A leading organisation - within the healrcare sector - is looking to hire a Release Train Engineer to join its growing team. Suitable candidates will have:

Agile qualification or previous RTE experience ideally within an environment with multiple development teams and products.
Good leadership skills coupled with experience of delivering software development projects.
Ability to organise and co-ordinate areas of work for yourself and others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A thorough understanding of the Agile methodology supported by the skills to guide and coach teams in the application of the methodology.
Strong understanding of principles, theories, practices, and techniques for managing activities involved in planning and delivering software development projects.
Experience of collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of software development projects.
Excellent people skills with the ability to manage, influence, negotiate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels in the business.
Self-starter, highly proactive and assertive in a demanding and dynamic environment.
