Osprey Engineering Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a specialist support business trusted by more than half of the UK’s top 50 food groups. We’re looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer, based in the West Midlands, to lead Asset Care Excellence programmes across complex, high-output food manufacturing sites. Part consultant, part change agent — you’ll assess each site, design the improvement roadmap and coach the team to deliver it. Real autonomy, real impact, real numbers on OEE, MTBF and MTTR.
