£33,000 Basic Salary, 45-hour PW, Permanent Contract

If an hourly rate is preferable , this can be considered. Approx £14.10ph.

Signature Group is looking to hire a Relief Chef to cover kitchens during our busy summer season. As an independent restaurant group, we pride ourselves on service the best possible produce, wed love you to join us on this journey.
Working predominantly across central Scotland, we operate 4 Kitchens in Glasgow and 12 Kitchens in Edinburgh. Your role would be to step into kitchens when cover is required, preparing & delivering food to the highest standard. This role will be predominantly based in Edinburgh.
This role will offer you the variety of kitchens, whilst giving the security of a permanent position & monthly salary.
We want someone to:
Hold units in the absence of Chefs
Cover holidays and sickness at short notice
Bring passion and enthusiasm to kitchens
Support and guide members of the kitchen
& of course, serve up the best Scottish produce!
