Our prestigious client in Macclesfield is seeking a dedicated Relief Chef de Rang to join their dynamic team. The hotel prides themselves on providing their guests with an unparalleled dining experience. As a part of their Food and Beverage team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards their guests have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Excellence: Deliver consistent levels of outstanding service to all guests. Be courteous, professional, and exhibit a passion for your work.
Menu Mastery: Have a thorough understanding of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients, daily specials, dietary requirements
Guest Interaction: Take orders, serve guests with drinks and meals, and ensure every opportunity to upsell is utilised, enhancing the guest experience.
Presentation Standards: Ensure all Food and Beverage areas are well-presented, inviting, and meet our high standards.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean working and dining area. Ensuring the restaurant is set and ready for service, breakfast , lunch, a busy afternoon tea service and dinner
Stock Management: Rotate bar stocks and maintain sales displays according to company and hotel guidelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role Chef de Rang / waiter/waitress within a high-standard establishment
Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
