Our client, a well-regarded secondary school in Dudley, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Religious Studies Teacher to join their successful Humanities department. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who can engage students in meaningful discussions surrounding religion, ethics, philosophy, and contemporary social issues.

The Role
As a Religious Studies Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated RS lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student achievement.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
* Encourage critical thinking, debate, and respect for diverse beliefs and cultures.
* Support students in achieving their full academic potential.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* A degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or a related subject.
* Experience teaching Religious Studies within a UK secondary school setting.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
