Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Religious Education lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5


• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations, fostering deep analytical thinking


• Incorporate current ethical and social issues into lessons, encouraging students to form reasoned opinions


• Work with colleagues to develop an innovative and reflective RE curriculum


• Support extracurricular activities such as philosophy workshops, ethics panels, and educational trips

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Religious Studies, Philosophy, or a related subject


• PGCE or QTS


• Experience teaching RE up to KS5
