We are working with a welcoming and well-established secondary school in Sale that is seeking a passionate and dedicated RE Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time, long-term role for the full academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive department where you can inspire students to explore different beliefs, cultures and ethical issues while helping them develop critical thinking and respect for others.

The Role

* Teach Religious Education across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

* Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons that inspire students.

* Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.

* Mark students' work and provide meaningful feedback to support progress.

* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise standards and student achievement.

The Ideal Candidate

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

* Experience teaching RE within a UK secondary school.

* Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Religious Education.

* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

* A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
