Job Description

Our new mutli-brand leasing company, Select Lease by Mobilize, (SLbM) aims to provide new innovative products and services to satisfy changing customer needs. Customers are seeking increased flexibility, wider choice and improved affordability from their mobility solutions which means we need to offer something different.

In order to identify those needs and provide the right products to satisfy them, Mobilize Financial Services (MFS) and Select Lease by Mobilize (SLbM) need to develop a dynamic ‘whole lifecycle management’ (WLCM) approach to leasing. This will help to (1) develop new products like Used contract hire, (2) protection from disposal losses and (3) provide data/insight to support our RV policy.

The successful candidate would have a clear vision as to how SLbM and its customers can benefit from this new WLCM approach. This exciting new role would sit within the existing MFS Remarketing team and would directly support and influence the Residual Value and Contract Hire Pricing policies at MFS and SLbM.

What you will do:

Develop a clear understanding of WLCM in the leasing market
Develop and implement our new WLCM strategy
Link the WLCM strategy to the MFS/SLbM RV policy and procedure
Oversee the creation of WLCM products and services
Ensure that WLCM products and services are embedded in the MFS and SLbM routes to market
Liaise with MF/SLbM CRM teams to ensure WLCM methodology is embedded in products (eg Golden Moment renewals through ATG system)
Collaborate with BIPI subscription to maximise take-up of 2nd life leasing vehicles
Provide MI insight to influence OEM engagement and campaign creation (including Batch Commitment deals)
Attend and present some of the RV committee sections
Complete ad hoc reporting requests from internal and HQ customers
Support and back up the Risk team roles (Application Risk/ Portfolio Risk and Credit Risk)
Hybrid role working from the Reading office and home

What you will have:

Experience in a multi-marque Contract Hire RV management role, delivering quality output to completion with measurable success.
Highly motivated, proactive and focused on achieving company goals, quality and accuracy
Enthusiastic, tenacious personality, able to work unsupervised using their own initiative
Able to think creatively and provide new solutions to the business to create incremental business whilst managing Risk
Able to prioritise work in order to meet tight deadlines
Flexible team player able to communicate at all levels
Excellent Microsoft skills, in particular with Excel and Powerpoint
Strong communication skills (internal and external)
