We’re proud to deliver cutting-edge lining solutions to five of the UK’s Water and Sewerage Companies (WASCs), supporting both R&M and planned works. As we continue to expand, our Lining Division is looking for a detail-driven Remedial Analyst to join our central team and play a key role in helping clients achieve their AMP8 goals.

If you’re tech‑savvy, analytical, and excited by the idea of developing a long-term career in a growing industry this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step.

About the Role

Reporting to the Lining Assurance Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for reviewing CCTV footage to assess pipe integrity, identify defects, and highlight where remedial work is required. Your work will directly support operational teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate data to our clients.

  • Prepare completed work packs and data reports

  • Structure coding and reporting (desirable but not essential)

  • Input and collate data accurately across systems

  • Support planning teams where required

  • Maintain clear, accurate records

  • Use mapping systems such as GIS Redline, MAP 16, and Odyssey

  • Apply understanding of no-dig remedial techniques (desirable)

  • Work professionally with internal teams and clients when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with site teams and management

  • Reliable, adaptable, and professional

  • Understanding of Street Works

  • Experience with Wincan (desirable)

What You’ll Receive

  • 24 days annual leave

  • Company pension

  • Death in service benefit

  • Employee assistance programme

  • Free onsite parking

  • A supportive team environment and a clear development pathway

Why Join Us?

Our purpose — “Improving today, for your tomorrow” — drives everything we do. We’re passionate about innovation, sustainability, and creating long-lasting solutions that shape a better future.
