About the role:

We’re looking for a Remedial Estimator to support our management team in driving sales growth. You’ll respond to client enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and help convert opportunities into successful projects. You’ll play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring our solutions meet both safety standards and client expectations.

This role involves quoting a wide range of working-at-height safety projects, so a solid understanding of relevant regulations and fall protection systems is essential.

Your role will include:

• Preparing risk assessments, technical designs, and quotations for a variety of remedial works


• Working with fall protection equipment such as: Abseil anchor systems, Mansafe systems, Guardrails, Fixed and ships ladders


• Ensuring all quotes meet technical, safety, and industry standards


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships


• Following up on quotations to secure new business


• Keeping accurate and well-structured client records


• Responding to client enquiries by phone and email professionally and efficiently


• Assisting in the production of sales and performance reports


• Performing site assessments as required (some work at height involved)

Requirements of the role:

• Estimating/design experience in construction or access-related roles


• Strong understanding of height safety systems (e.g., Latchways, 3M)


• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationship


• Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
  


• Good working knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations


• High level of organisation and attention to detail
  


• Excellent admin and IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)


• Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic calculations
