Salary/Benefits: £27k - £40k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a Remedial Plumber in the South East of England. Applicants must have experience of working within a Legionella / Water Hygiene company, and will be fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG guidelines. You will be joining a well-established outfit, who are privately-owned and have a national presence. Experience / Qualifications:

* Must hold the NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and G3 Unvented ticket

* Experience working as a Remedial Plumber within a Legionella / Water Hygiene outfit

* Robust technical knowledge, including: ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines

* Comfortable liaising with clients whilst on site

* Able to adapt to changing client needs

* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:

* Carrying out PPM and some reactive remedial plumbing works

* Deadleg removals

* TMV servicing and strip downs

* Installing and refurbishing cold water storage tanks

* Pipework adjustments and replacements

* Flushing of expansion vessels

* Installing dosing pots, TMVs and valves

* Servicing on unvented cylinders

* Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring

* Producing regular service reports

* Meeting with clients to provide technical advice and feedback

* Quoting for required remedial works
