Your Role:
As part of our ticketing team, your responsibilities will include:

️ Scanning customer tickets quickly and efficiently.
Checking tickets and assisting customers with any entry queries.
Issuing the correct wristbands to customers upon entry.
Providing friendly and welcoming customer service.
Keeping the ticketing and entrance areas organised and running smoothly.
