Description

As a Remortgage Case Worker you will manage your own caseload of Transfer of Equity Cases you will be dealing with any technical and legal issues and coming to a resolution for the client as quickly as possible to provide a seamless process.

You will be managing the case from instruction to sign off to ensure files are being reviewed and actioned making sure team and individual targets are met.

The role will involve handling all inbound and outbound correspondence a high volume of telephone calls and emails ensuring the best level of client experience is provided at all times.

Profile

A minimum of six months remortgage experience

Experience of case management systems

Excellent communication verbal and written

Able to work in a busy environment and exceed deadlines/targets which have been set

The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
