The role involves preparing financial statements, monthly management accounts, and providing insights on routine technical matters. You’ll gradually take on your own small portfolio and play an active part in delivering high-quality work and supporting the wider team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing annual and monthly financial reports for a variety of clients.
• Supporting client managers and gradually managing smaller accounts.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Helping meet client deadlines by coordinating with the wider team.
• Preparing additional deliverables like cashflow forecasts and financial summaries.
• Spotting opportunities to offer extra value to clients.

Looking For

• A professionally qualified accountant (or qualified by experience) with solid financial reporting skills.
• Someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable managing their own workload.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting and coaching others.
• An open, growth mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and working directly with clients.
