Remote Administrator - Criminal Justice

This is a fully remote role (with very occasional local meet ups if needed) with a charity that supports people involved in the criminal justice system as they rehabilitate and rebuild their lives. The organisation has won awards for being a fantastic place to work, known for its strong values and supportive culture.

While the role is remote, you must be UK-based and live specifically in the South of England – including London, the East of England, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, or the Thames Valley. Please note: this excludes applicants from the Southwest region, including Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Cornwall, and Dorset, as the charity does not deliver services there. You need to be in the locations specified as this is where the contract is delivered so you are available for occasional meet ups.

Your responsibilities will include. Handling incoming referrals and maintaining accurate participant records throughout their programme journey. You will also support regional admin tasks such as ordering stationery and managing the referrals inbox for questions and enquiries

• You’ve worked as an administrator on a service supporting vulnerable clients, ideally ex-offenders
• You have experience with quality assurance processes
• You’re confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• You’ve maintained detailed records and statistical data in previous roles
• You understand and can clearly demonstrate experience with safeguarding procedures
