💷 £18,000 (Year 1) + pay rise after 12 months
🎓 CIPD Level 3 via Solihull College (weekly class on Wednesdays)

Based at our Solihull HQ, you’ll support our HR Director and team with everything from onboarding new starters and preparing contracts to helping with payroll and HR projects across a business of 1,700+ people.
Each day will be different, giving you real-world experience while you study for your CIPD Level 3.
About the Role
As our Apprentice HR Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our HR Director and wider HR team, providing high-quality administrative support across the full employee lifecycle for over 1,700 colleagues nationwide.
From drafting contracts to onboarding new starters, helping with payroll updates to supporting HR projects and note-taking in employee meetings—you’ll experience all aspects of a busy HR function and develop essential skills to launch your HR career.
