Are you a passionate and experienced learning professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for assessing against criteria?
At KnowledgeBrief, we have been at the forefront of Leadership and Management training for over 15 years, revolutionising learning experiences through our innovative KBPro platform. Since expanding into the Apprenticeship sector in 2017, we have continued to grow from strength to strength, and are continuing to expand our offerings.
KnowledgeBrief is now a market-leading provider of leadership and management training and apprenticeship services. The joy of learning is at the heart of our values, aiming to inspire and develop our learners and staff. We deliver aa variety of leadership and management apprenticeships to a high standard, and due to continued growth of our provisions, we are looking for a talented and experienced Apprenticeship Marker & Assessor to join our team.
Apprenticeship Assessor - Role Overview
As an Assessor, you’ll be an instrumental part of the learning journey for our apprentices, supporting with marking and assessing their assignments for our courses. Ideal candidates will have experience marking across various apprenticeship competencies including Leadership & Management, however current preference will be granted to candidates with experience assessing on Leadership & Management courses due to our continuous growth.
Reporting to the Assessment Team Leader, the successful candidate will focus on marking learner assignments and providing thorough and individualised written feedback. This role requires a unique blend of assessment skills, commitment, and the ability to offer supportive written feedback to ensure learners complete their learning journeys with the strongest possible portfolio of evidence for the final assessment. This presents a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our challenging and ambitious agenda for the future. You will be given the trust to manage your own workload and productivity, with ideal completion efficiencies of 12 Insights per hour and 5-6 pieces of work-place-evidence per hour. This role is not learner facing, so will suit a candidate with a strong passion for the subject matter and working at pace.
This role is full time, fully remote, and the successful candidate should live within a reasonable commute of London for occasional operations meetings and company away days in person.
