ARCHITECTS

TODD Architects are a client focused, multi award-winning practice with studios in Belfast, London, Dublin and Manchester.
 
We are currently seeking experienced Architects to work on a range of exciting projects. 
 
The roles will be permanent, full time with positions in both our Belfast and Dublin studios. The ideal candidates should have approximately 5+ years post-qualification experience. Revit proficiency is desirable however an intermediate knowledge level is suitable as we can provide further training. Knowledge of the Building Regulations, specification & report writing and technical awareness will be important.The successful candidates will have an opportunity to work on a number of projects at various RIBA/RIAI work stages. 

• Architect, ARB/RIAI registered with circa 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Revit ability (intermediate).
• Working knowledge of Statutory Approval processes.
• Good technical knowledge, construction detailing ability, specification writing.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and British / European Standards required.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, creative and flexible person who can work well in a team or independently.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a design team.
• Site experience.
• Opportunities for cross-studio collaboration with our London, Dublin and Manchester studios.
• Applicants must meet legal work eligibility requirements for Northern Ireland/UK/RoI.
• Current driving license.
