Position Title: Area Sales Representative
Territory Coverage: West Midlands, East of England, and South Wales

We're looking for a driven, dynamic Area Sales Representative to promote a market-leading range of safety solutions across the highways, traffic management, and contractor sectors.
In this exciting, territory-based role, you'll be at the forefront of promoting essential road, winter, and water safety products—playing a key part in keeping communities safe and supported.

Your MissionAs an ambassador for our safety product portfolio, you'll take ownership of a large and diverse region—including Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Oxfordshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Gloucestershire, and beyond. You'll engage directly with local authorities, contractors, and highway maintenance organisations, delivering tailored solutions and building long-term relationships that drive success.
This is a field-based role for those who love variety, autonomy, and real-world impact.
?? What You’ll Be DoingConduct face-to-face meetings and compelling product demonstrations
Strategically plan your territory to maximise customer interaction
Nurture existing accounts while actively uncovering new business opportunities
Convert warm leads into long-standing relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to contribute ideas for new product development
Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Analyse trends and sales data to identify commercial opportunities
Strong commercial mindset with a passion for sales
Background in field sales, business development, or account management
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
Self-motivated and results-focused with a knack for territory planning
Comfortable selling both online and face-to-face
Tech-savvy with good IT literacy
Clean UK driving licence required
Qualification to A-level or above preferred
