Location: Birmingham & Hybrid
Basic: £30,000 - £35,000 depending of experience
OTE: £50,000

Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Estate Agent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced estate agent to join a renowned franchise. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing up to 60 independently owned branches. You will provide ongoing support to these branches, assist with training on company systems and tools, and facilitate the on-boarding of new businesses.

Your key responsibilities will include analysing branch performance, identifying challenges, and providing strategic guidance on utilizing company tools and platforms. You will play a crucial role in helping franchise owners succeed by offering support in growing their businesses, resolving pain points, and ensuring their continued success.

Your performance will be measured through key performance indicators (KPIs) that focus on retaining franchise owners, ensuring business growth, and achieving monthly completion targets (with a goal of two completions per month per branch). The role also includes a focus on income generation, and you will work in a completely remote capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support up to 60 independently owned branches
• Assist with training and development on company systems and tools
• Help on-board and set up new businesses
• Analyse franchise performance, identifying stress points and opportunities for improvement
• Provide strategic advice to help franchise owners grow their businesses and retain them
• Focus on achieving monthly completion targets (two per month per branch)
• Monitor and drive business growth and income

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in the estate agency industry
• Strong knowledge of company systems, tools, and platforms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyse and solve complex business challenges
