This high-growth SME are seeking an engaging finance professional to join them in this newly created role as they write the next chapter of their story. Your ability to engage and communicate effectively with all stakeholders is essential.

Their user-centric technology simplifies an otherwise complicated and expensive process for customers, ensuring that the growth journey will continue on a steep trajectory.

They are now looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their team and initially take on day-to-day responsibility for payroll, whilst being keen to support the Head Of Finance in a number of additional areas and projects.

As with any organisation on this path, you will be pragmatic, adaptable and comfortable with a constantly changing environment.

This opportunity will equally suit if you're seeking to develop your career and knowledge within finance, or you are an experienced individual who is prepared to draw on various historic finance knowledge as required.

With clear leadership, this Company have an ethos of creating effective partnerships and you will liaise with other stakeholders and contacts both internally and externally.

If you are collaborative in your approach, have strong attention to detail and have a history of contributing to process improvement and automation, this could be the ideal match.

Whilst collegiate in approach, you will need to understand the necessity of independence of thought and have both the strength of character, the moral compass and the nuanced personal skills necessary to challenge (upwards and downwards) when appropriate.
