Join a global CDMO at the forefront of complex biologics development. We're hiring an experienced Business Development leader to drive growth in our ADC services portfolio. You'll engage with emerging biotechs and established pharma partners to shape long-term collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BD efforts focused on ADC development and manufacturing

• Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities with new clients

• Represent the business at key ADC and oncology events

• Collaborate with internal SMEs to align technical and commercial strategy

You'll bring:

• 5+ years' BD experience in ADCs or Biologics CDMO/CRO

• Life sciences background with deep understanding of ADC modalities

• Strong negotiation, client management, and communication skills

• Proactive and strategic mindset
