We are seeking a Business Development leader to join a global CDMO with deep expertise in small molecule development and manufacturing. This role offers autonomy, impact, and access to world-class R&D and GMP facilities.

What you'll do:

• Drive sales and strategic partnerships in the small molecule space

• Engage with biotech and pharma clients across discovery to commercial stage

• Collaborate internally to shape proposals and technical discussions

• Represent the company at events and client meetings

Requirements:

• 5+ years of BD experience in small molecule CDMO/CRO services

• Strong network within the biotech and pharma ecosystem

• Scientific background; ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions

• Goal-driven with strong organisational and interpersonal skills
