A leading global CDMO is seeking a driven Associate Director or Director of Business Development to expand its biologics portfolio across Europe. This is a senior-level, high-impact role focused on identifying new opportunities, closing strategic partnerships, and growing key accounts in the biologics space.

What you'll do:

• Own and grow biologics-focused BD activities in your territory

• Partner with clients from early engagement to deal close

• Represent the company at conferences and in strategic meetings

• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and leadership teams

What were looking for:

• 5+ years' BD experience in Biologics (CDMO, CRO, or Pharma)

• Life Sciences degree (advanced degree a plus)

• Strong industry network and commercial acumen

• Confident communicator with a hunter mindset
