Business Development Executive

Location: Field-Based - Covering Scotland
Salary: Basic with uncapped commision (OTE: £48,000)

• 80% Account Management - nurture and grow existing client relationships
• 20% Business Development - identify and convert new opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver tailored solutions
• Engage with decision-makers and provide consultative sales support
• Build long-term partnerships based on trust and performance

• 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG
• Proven success in account management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
