Location: The role covers Norfolk and Suffolk, working remotely - with travel on occasion to the area.  A lot of our client meetings can be done over Teams but sometimes there can be a need to meet clients face to face.

The Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Healthcare to lead and grow our presence across a high-potential region.

✔ Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing, ideally in a leadership or senior sales capacity

✔ Strong track record of client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, urgency, and a competitive edge

✔ Ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams in a high-performance environment
