The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the UK Sales & Marketing Director, you'll take full ownership of a strategically important region during a pivotal phase of expansion. This is your chance to shape the company's presence in a high-potential market and make a measurable impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy across London and the South
• Build and nurture relationships with key convenience, wholesale, and independent retail partners
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
• Leverage market insights and data to refine strategies and optimise performance

About You

• Proven track record in FMCG sales, ideally within the independent retail or convenience channel
• A hands-on, commercially astute professional with experience managing end-to-end customer relationships
• A confident communicator and natural influencer, comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
