Job Description - Business Development Manager Waterproofing

Do you have experience working as a Business Development Manager?

If so, this position could be perfect for you! Our client is a well-established chemical manufacturer supplying to mainly the building industry. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling Waterproof products in the construction industry.

Monday – Friday 08:00-16:30
Remote Covering London, Surrey & Kent

Business Development Manager
Job Description

The main role is to achieve all sales targets and objectives set by the Head of Sales Waterproofing.
To ensure the company has an active presence in all major accounts.
To monitor turnover objectives for all accounts.
Recommendation to management any method of sales promotional activity.
To ensure sales costs remain within specified budgets.
To develop and grow the Category Waterproofing sales across the Southern Region in line with the company strategy.

Business Development Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience selling into the building/construction industry ideally Waterproof products.
At least 5 years of proven successful track record with the current marketplace.
CSSW certified.
Full, clean, current and valid driving licence.
