Are you an experienced and driven Business Manager looking to make an impact within the evolving digital transformation of defence equipment support? We’re looking for a confident, organised, and proactive professional to join a dynamic team supporting key commercial functions across a leading defence-focused organisation.

About the Role:

As Business Manager, you’ll be a key part of the leadership support team, working closely with Directors and Heads of Department. Your role will span across commercial operations, quality assurance, marketing engagement, and corporate administration. You’ll help ensure business processes align with industry standards and contribute to digital innovation within the defence sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with MOD and defence digital stakeholders
• Represent the organisation at industry events, seminars, and marketing functions
• Manage and oversee Quality and Information Security Management Systems
• Lead the implementation of health & safety and office administration policies
• Coordinate on-site marketing events and maintain partnerships with marketing agencies
• Ensure alignment of internal processes with ISO quality and information security standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Knowledge of digital transformation within defence equipment support
• Experience in corporate marketing and event coordination
• Strong business administration background
• Excellent influencing and organisational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to evolving demands
• Willingness to travel regularly
