About Hygea Homecare - Where Care Meets Excellence
At Hygea Homecare, we're not just another care provider - we're an award-winning team that puts both our clients and our staff first. Our care assistants consistently tell us they love working here because we listen, provide real support when you need it, and invest in your career growth rather than just filling shifts.
What makes us different:
Small, manageable caseloads (4-8 clients max) so you can provide quality care without rushing
Geographic clustering - no more driving across town between visits
Genuine training investment - we'll fund your Diploma qualifications and pay you while you learn
Stable teams - work with the same supervisor and colleagues, not a different face every week
Family atmosphere - we know our staff by name, not employee numbers
We've been locally owned and operated for over 4 years, and our low staff turnover speaks volumes - our care assistants stay because they feel valued, supported, and proud of the difference they make every day.
