Chartered Building Surveyor

We are working on behalf of our client, an independent practice with an excellent reputation, who is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS qualified) to join their team working within London and the surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a mix of commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Chartered Building Surveyor requirements:

• Minimum MRICS or FRICS
• Dilapidations, Party Walls, defect diagnosis and General Building Surveys experience
• Experience in Commercial, Residential and Industrial
• Strong communication skills
• UK driving licence
