The Managing Director is seeking to recruit a brand-new Chartered Adviser who can support a high billing adviser who deals with close to £150m AUM. The adviser is onboarding very substantial new AUM each year and needs to recruit to help him manage his client bank. This will be a fast-paced and dynamic role working with a very accomplished adviser who deals with some very interesting clients.

The role will be remote. The expectation is for you to come to the office in Central London (City) possibly once a week, perhaps a bit more to begin with for onboarding and becoming established in the business. You will be managing c.£30m AUM rising to £50m and you will be actively encouraged to generate new business from this. The guidance and mentorship from the high billing adviser will be a very key part of the role for the right person who aspires to push forward their advising career.

You will be Chartered as a minimum, have experience working with HNW clients, and worked on a wide range of advice but BPR, IHT and investment bonds in particular. The MD is looking to offer £70k - £75k basic salary with an attractive benefits package and OTE of £100k within 1 year and up to £150k in 3 years. You will have full admin and paraplanning support so you can focus purely on clients.
