What You'll Bring

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring others, and working cross-functionally to deliver elegant solutions. You’ll be a key voice in shaping our technical strategy and culture.

Software Development & Architecture:

• Extensive experience in software engineering, including designing, developing, and maintaining complex systems.


• Expertise in architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.


• Deep understanding of monolithic vs. distributed system architectures and strategies for migration.


• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) and functional programming principles.


• Hands-on experience with API development, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Cloud & Infrastructure:

• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).


• Ability to design scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud-based solutions.


• Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration strategies.


• Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Bicep.


• Knowledge of serverless computing and when to leverage it for scalability and cost-efficiency.

DevOps & CI/CD:

• Deep understanding of DevOps principles, including continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and automation.


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment strategies using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.


• Expertise in logging, monitoring, and observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack and APM.


• Strong grasp of version control systems like GitHub and best practices for branching and code management.

Security & Compliance:

• Solid knowledge of secure coding practices and industry security standards (OWASP, NIST).


• Ability to implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML.


• Experience in data encryption, network security, and zero-trust architecture.


• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2) and how they impact software architectures.

Data & Analytics:

• Strong experience with database systems, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).


• Knowledge of data modelling, warehousing, and analytics frameworks such as Apache Spark, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.


• Ability to design high-performance data pipelines and event-driven systems using Kafka.

Technical Leadership & Strategy:

• Proven ability to lead technical teams, providing mentorship and guidance on best practices.


• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.


• Experience conducting architecture reviews, technical audits, and performance optimizations.


• Ability to work closely with product management, business stakeholders, and software engineers to drive innovation.
