REMOTE Clinical Negligence Lawyer NQ-3 PQE

Your new company
Our client is a reputable claimant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting a Clinical Negligence Lawyer with 0-3 years PQE to join their Manchester office. This is primarily a remote working role with the occasional requirement to attend the office for training twice a year.

Your new role
This Clinical Negligence Lawyer role will see you handle your own caseload of clinical negligence cases from inception to trial. Claims will be a mix of litigated and pre-litigated and of a fast and multi-track nature. You will also assist senior team members with more complex, higher-value clinical negligence cases.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with 0-3 years PQE. Previous experience assisting on clinical negligence matters is essential. Experience handling your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters is beneficial.
