Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A highly motivated and experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor is sought to join a growing team based in the North of the UK. This is remote position offering the opportunity to handle a diverse and high-volume caseload of Clinical Negligence matters while contributing to the strategic development and growth of the department.

**The role will require office attendance 1 to 2 times per month**

Job Title: Clinical Negligence / Medical Negligence Solicitor / Associate

Location: Remote (with occasional travel)
Department: Clinical Negligence
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years PQE

Duties include:

• Manage a mixed and high-volume caseload of Clinical Negligence matters from start to finish.
• Progress cases efficiently in line with firm policies and service standards.
• Build and maintain referral relationships to support business development.
• Contribute to departmental marketing, including digital content and outreach.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal procedures.
• Use case management systems and maintain accurate records and diaries.
• Participate in advocacy where appropriate and represent clients professionally.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience handling Clinical Negligence claims.
• Experience managing a high-volume caseload, including complex and sensitive matters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and building referral relationships.
• Interest in advocacy and building external networks.
