Job Title: Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid/Remote working considered)
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

The Role:
A well-established commercial law firm in Hull is seeking a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level solicitor to handle a broad range of high-quality contentious work with strong client exposure and genuine progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, shareholder issues, professional negligence, and debt recovery

• Advise clients across a range of sectors, from SMEs to larger corporates

• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence

• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement meetings

• Support business development initiatives and build long-term client relationships

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments on complex matters

About You:

• 3 years+ PQE with a solid grounding in commercial dispute resolution

• Strong technical knowledge and confident in independently managing cases

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills

• A commercial mindset and proactive approach to client care

• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
