My client with offices in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, established in the early 60's, known for delivering high-quality legal advice in a friendly and supportive environment are recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor.

Position Overview for this Commercial Property Solicitor:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor of 4 years + PQE who is looking to strengthen their career further with a view to partnership.

Commercial Property Solicitor experience to include:

• Sales, acquisitions, leases (acting for landlords and tenants), refinancing, and development transactions
• Have a track record of delivering an excellent service to clients and growing a caseload as well as a team
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases and other property related documents
• Advising clients ranging from SMEs to high-net-worth individuals
• Have drive, enthusiasm and actively participate in business development and marketing to grow the team’s client base and reputation
• Be able to mentor and coach more junior lawyers to assist in their career progression
• Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex transactions independently
