Job Description - COMMUNITY RESOURCE MANAGER (all genders)
You will assist the Director of Community Engagement in managing a dynamic Community Management Team of Community Agents. As a Community Resource Manager, your role will be crucial in supporting the coordination, development, and HR management of the team, fostering a positive and engaged community environment.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Selecting and onboarding Community Agents who align with the organization's values and community goals.
HR Management: Handle the HR aspects of the Community Management Team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive team culture and ensure team members are motivated and engaged.
Assistance in Team Management: Support the Director by handling some management responsibilities within the agent team
Shift Rota Management: Create and oversee shift rotas to ensure optimal coverage for community engagement across different time zones. Implement effective scheduling strategies to manage workload and maintain a high level of service.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development, to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to community engagement.
HR Experience: You have a proven track record in human resources management, preferably in a community-focused or customer-centric environment.
People Skills: Your interpersonal skills are exceptional, enabling you to build strong relationships with team members and community members alike.
Team Leadership: You have experience in leading and developing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Adaptability: You can adapt to the dynamic nature of community management, staying updated on industry trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Problem-Solving: A proactive problem solver with the ability to address challenges and find innovative solutions.
Exposure to senior global clients.
Working in an international and integrated team with top talents from different fields.
