Salary: Excellent Package / Competitive Fee Share (Dependent on Experience)

The Role

You will advise clients on a broad range of company commercial matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts


• Shareholder agreements and partnership agreements


• Terms and conditions of business


• Business sales and acquisitions


• Joint ventures and strategic partnerships


• Corporate restructuring


• Company formation and governance matters


• General commercial advisory work

You will manage your own caseload while working closely with an experienced and supportive legal team.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with:

• Solid experience handling Company Commercial matters


• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills


• Strong commercial awareness


• The ability to manage your own workload effectively


• Outstanding client care and communication skills


• A proactive and collaborative approach

Business development experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
