Conference Producer

We are looking for an experienced conference producer to join the events team for the utility sector. 

You will be working in our conference production team alongside the marketing, sales and editorial functions of the business, providing a pivotal project management role, creating conferences from research to delivery. 

We have ambitious growth plans and this role is therefore a full-time, permanent position to grow existing portfolios and launch new events into next year, with the opportunity for international travel.Our ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree and previous experience in a similar role. We are looking for a quick learner who is enthusiastic about improving their skills and able to take control of their own workload.
Ideally, they will have:

• Previous experience as a Conference Producer 
• Enthusiasm, confidence and a professional work ethic
• Strong research, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to establish and build relationships with high-profile business executives
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and process information quickly and effectively
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
