Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for a new opportunity with flexibility, autonomy, and support? I'm keen to speak to talented and motivated Residential Property Conveyancers about this fantastic remote working opportunity!

You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion and with modern case management systems. You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality service to clients and maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

You will manage a large caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including:-

• Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases
• Shared Ownership
• Flats & New Builds
• Unregistered Titles

To apply you must have:-

• A minimum of 3 years' fee earning experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident in handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, title checking, and reporting
• Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills
• Experience with remote case management systems (preferred but not essential)
• Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to quality and client care

You will receive a salary of up to £53k (depending on experience) plus a performance based bonus.
