A well-established, multi-service law firm with a strong national reputation is seeking a confident Conveyancer to join its growing property team. With an influx of new work and a genuine focus on staff wellbeing, the firm offers a low-volume, quality-led caseload and the ability to work fully remotely or on a hybrid basis from its Leicestershire office.

The Role:

You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfer of equity
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
• Conducting title checks and resolving legal issues
• Overseeing contract exchanges and completions
• Liaising with clients, agents, mortgage lenders and other Solicitors

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Strong leasehold experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload independently
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• A client-focused approach and the ability to build lasting relationships
