Remote Residential Conveyancer
Fully Remote (UK-based)
Up to £53,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
Full-time, Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the backing of a supportive, collaborative team.

The role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. With modern case management systems in place, the role offers the tools needed to focus on delivering excellent client care while maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Caseload will include:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Shared ownership
Flats and new builds
Unregistered titles

Key requirements

A minimum of 3 years’ fee-earning experience in residential conveyancing
Ability to handle a full and varied caseload with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, title checking, and reporting
Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills
Familiarity with remote case management systems is an advantage
Self-motivated, reliable, and client-focused
