The Role:
We are seeking a confident and capable Conveyancer with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters. You’ll handle freehold, leasehold and ideally new build transactions from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files
• Conduct thorough title checks and handle leasehold transactions with confidence
• Deliver exceptional client care and maintain high service standards
• Collaborate with a supportive team and utilize available resources to ensure smooth file progression

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1-year PQE in residential conveyancing
• Proven experience with leasehold and title checking
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
