Corporate Lawyer (4 years'+)

A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join its ambitious and growing team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected corporate practice, advising on a wide range of transactions for national and international clients.

The Role:
You will support a thriving corporate practice with a strong track record in M&A, private equity, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and general corporate advisory work. You will:

• Lead and support complex M&A and investment transactions
• Work collaboratively with partners and cross-office teams on major deals
• Take ownership of client relationships and business development initiatives
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and forward-thinking team culture

About You:

• 4+ years' PQE with strong transactional experience in M&A and corporate law
• Confident managing your own matters and contributing to larger team-led deals
• Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
• A proactive and collaborative approach to client service and team development
• Interest in business development and growing your network in the Scottish market
