Cruise Sales Consultant

Award winning and fastest growing cruise retail brand is expanding it's team of Cruise Sales Consultant. Recruiting for remote workers, hybrid and office, this role offers a competitive basic up to £26k pa, plus commission uncapped (earnings average £40k - £50k). If you are a Travel Consultant that loves cruise! Or you are a Travel Agent that has sold cruises amongst other holidays, but would love to specialise this could be ideal for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Cruise Reservations Consultant you will be dealing with incoming calls from customers who are interested in booking cruises or enquiring about your fantastic cruise offers.
- Taking enquires from potential passengers over the phone and via e-mail for a variety of cruise itineraries.
- Booking with a number of different major cruise companies
- Switch selling to different dates or cabins
- Converting sales enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Making reservations amendments
- Reaching and exceeding sales targets to earn commission
- Ability to identify and act on up selling opportunities

Hours:
To capitalise on sales this role does require flexibility to cover shifts and weekends. They operate a fair rota, working 5 days out of 7, and are currently open between 0800-2100 M-F, with shorter hours at the weekend.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate for this Home Working Travel role will have a travel sales background and some experience (and interest) in selling cruise! You will be sales motivated as there is great opportunity to earn commission. If you have worked on cruise ships and would like to utilise this knowledge by selling cruises we would be interested to here from you too! For home working, you will need to have a suitable place to work, be computer literate (all equipment provided and training is remote). If you are in the Lancashire area they do have opportunity to work in their Chorley offices, or work part-home part office.

THE PACKAGE:
